Outbound Business Development

    Job Description:

    eLink Design is one of the largest Web Development companies in the state of Kentucky. We are looking to expand and grow our sales efforts with a new position focused on outbound sales. This position is compensated with an hourly base plus commission with no cap.

    Responsibilities:

    • Outbound prospecting Local and Regional companies via cold calling and email
    • Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, appointment setting)
    • Write and send out proposals
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
    • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using CRM
    • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities
    • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of eLink Design’s services.
    • Provide feedback to ensure continuous sales-process optimization

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
    • Excellent written skills and highly articulate
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proficient in using Google Drive, Microsoft Office365, and LinkedIn
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Love of learning and open to constructive criticism

    Nice to Have:

    • 2+ years of sales experience
    • High Volume Sales and Cold Calling Experience
    • Four-year university/college degree desired (or equivalent experience)
    • Knowledge of the web development and digital marketing landscape and/or an ability to learn rapidly
